Once LP Agent is added, you can ask Claude things like “how are my positions doing?” or “claim the fees on my biggest position”, and it answers from your own LP Agent account. Claude calls an add-on like this a connector: it lets Claude use another app for you. LP Agent is not in Claude’s list of connectors yet, so you add it once by its address. It takes about a minute.

What you need

  • A Claude account, on claude.ai or the Claude desktop or phone app. The free plan works.
  • An LP Agent account with an agent wallet.

Add LP Agent to Claude

1

Open Connectors

On claude.ai, open Customize, then Connectors. You can also go straight to claude.ai/customize/connectors.
2

Add LP Agent

Press Add custom connector. Fill in:
  • Name: LP Agent
  • URL: https://mcp.lpagent.io/mcp
Leave everything else as it is and press Add.
3

Connect your LP Agent account

Press Connect next to LP Agent. An LP Agent page opens. Sign in if it asks, then choose:
  • Read & trade: Claude can also open, close and manage positions and copies for you. Read only: it can only look.
  • How long: 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, or until you disconnect it.
Press Allow. You are back in Claude, and LP Agent shows as connected.
4

Ask Claude

Start a new chat and ask “What’s in my LP Agent account?”. The first time, Claude asks before it uses LP Agent: allow it.
Press Allow on the LP Agent page only if you just pressed Connect in Claude yourself. If a link to that page reaches you any other way, press Cancel.

Good to know

  • On your phone: once added on claude.ai, LP Agent is in the Claude app too.
  • Before it moves money, Claude asks you to approve the action. Read what it is about to do (pool, amount, range, copy size) before you say yes.
  • Turn it off for one chat: press + in the chat box, open Connectors and switch LP Agent off.
  • The free plan allows one custom connector.
  • Team and Enterprise plans: an Owner adds LP Agent once for the organization under Organization settings > Connectors. Then each person presses Connect and signs in with their own LP Agent account.
  • Disconnect: in LP Agent, open Settings > Account > Access tokens and press Disconnect next to Claude. You can also remove it under Customize > Connectors in Claude.
